“Every purchase of travel services offered by CV. GERBANG WISATA is a contractual agreement between you and CV. GERBANG WISATA. Is your acceptance of the CV. GERBANG WISATA. The conditions set out here, make sure you read carefully and understand the Terms and Conditions before ordering. ”
PAYMENT
Clients can book any travel services by telephone, email, Chat via WhatsApp, fill out online reservations to make direct bookings.
Orders are accepted when the Company has confirmed receipt in writing and issued a confirmation invoice or invoice.
CV. GERBANG WISATA will not take responsibility for the different levels or information provided by the recommendation agencies.
Clients need to review and verify the order confirmation letter via conversation via WhatsApp, provide revised suggestions but not to change all agreed terms.
We will send an invoice or invoice immediately after making a deposit, showing proof of bank transfer that we have affixed on the bottom page on behalf of: Supardani
CANCELLATION BY CLIENTS
Clients can cancel an order, provided the cancellation is communicated to the CV. GERBANG WISATA. Cancellation fees will be applied as follows:
- Air travel services, 100% of the total cost or depending on the class fare applied to the ticket.
- 15 days or more, deposit down payment (20% of the total amount).
- 14-05 days, 50% of the total cost of the trip.
- 04 days before the trip, 100% of the total cost is non-refundable.
CHANGES BY CV. GERBANG WISATA
Motto CV. GERBANG WISATA is: Providing Ease and Comfort to you. Based on this motto, CV. GERBANG WISATA has the right at any time to cancel changes to any facilities, services or prices described in our brochure or website.
To replace alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value or local change costs if alternative arrangements cannot be made without compensation to the client, due to local conditions or other valid reasons.
If a major change is made before departure, the client can choose: Accept changes and alternative arrangements without compensation to the client or with a refund of the price difference.
INSURANCE
Cancel the tour and get a full 100% refund. The client must take appropriate travel insurance to take part in a tour organized by another insurance service.
CV. GERBANG WISATA does not provide any insurance. The client is fully responsible for arranging insurance for medical expenses incurred due to illness or accident during the trip, loss of vacation money through cancellation and vacation restrictions for insured reasons.
FLIGHT
All departure and arrival times provided by the airlines are only estimates. They may change due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational or maintenance requirements.
CV. TOURIST GATES is not responsible if there are changes in flight schedules. CV. GERBANG WISATA is not responsible for losses suffered if the client is delayed by a flight.
